Designation: Solutions Architect
Responsible for supporting the sales team in meeting revenue targets by linking Agora’s solutions with the prospect’s business drivers and use cases.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Agora's product technology and underlying architectures by determining, troubleshooting and reproducing the root cause for customer reported issues during the solutioning phase.
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Agora.
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and Marketing teams to execute revenue goals and find ways to position and improve consumer experience.
Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:
7+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Solutions consultant.
Methodological approach with respect to solution designing involving Demonstration, Discovery and Design of advanced solutions for customers.
Experience with React-Native or Flutter is optional.
Experience with integration of SDKs & API’s is a must.
Experience in working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Must be willing to create and deploy customized demonstrations showcasing the true value of the Agora product portfolio for various use cases.
Experience in working with customers from the India & SAARC region.
Understanding complex customer issues with the ability to communicate with onshore engineers.
Experience with IP Telephony and collaboration solutions in the CPaaS space.
