Description

Responsible for supporting assigned client group(s) and will act as employees’ initial contact within Domo HR. Leverages existing HR programs and practices in supporting client-group(s) needs and works under the direction of HR Management to drive results within assigned groups. Provides input to the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of HR-related programs and offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for HR-related support to employees and managers such as employee relations, morale, performance issues, compensation questions, and development opportunities, and seeks guidance from HR management to resolve appropriately;
  • Work directly with client group management and leadership to identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and enhance the level of employee engagement;
  • Raise issues and work collaboratively to identify solutions that meet the needs of the client group(s), and will champion those initiatives within their client group(s);
  • Responsible for building positive working relationships and understanding clients’ businesses to influence their clients and drive the effectiveness and efficiency of people management practices;
  • Consult with managers to drive best practices and tailored solutions to realization;
  • Facilitate and guide the implementation of change initiatives by evaluating the organization's preparedness for change and creating and disseminating communication materials pertaining to the changes;
  • Ensure compliance to and consistent application of HR programs, policies and practices within assigned client group(s);
  • Work directly with client group line-management to carry out all employee exit meetings;
  • Oversee employee transaction paperwork, creation, submission, and filing;
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience within human resources; preferably as an HR Specialist, Generalist or Business Partner;
  • Experience with navigating complex organizations and with influencing initiatives to successful conclusion;
  • Ability to demonstrate progressive growth and increased accountability over time within current and past companies;
  • Ability to act as an internal consultant, make recommendations, determine organizational needs, and influence Talent Management strategy;
  • Experience working with senior leaders in a global organization;
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Degree or certificate in HR, business management, or in a related discipline is preferred.
