This position will require working amongst the various locations in the New Hampshire market. (Ideal candidate will be able to commute to Seabrook, Manchester and Dover.)

The strategy behind the game.

We are looking to hire a Retail Operations Manager to our team. The Retail Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Sportsbook operations at 4+ Sportsbooks in New Hampshire. Other essential job duties include, but not limited to, coordinating compliance projects, analyzing BI data, establishing goals and initiatives, and conducting training.

What you’ll do as a Manager, Retail Operations – New Hampshire:

  • Ensure Team Member receive sufficient leadership, operational guidance, and resources to accomplish established objectives.

  • Oversee area of the Sportsbook content, ensuring best-in-class consumer offering.

  • Maintain an events, programs, and promotions calendar for areas of the Sportsbook platform that drive marketing decisions.

  • Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are merchandized as expected.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with commissions, regulatory authorities, and internal control team members to ensure above board operational compliance.

  • Properly observe all gaming regulations in each jurisdiction.

  • Work closely with out partners’ key personnel and managers to address, investigate and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.

  • Develop and conduct training for Sportsbook personnel.

  • Prepare budgets, operating plans and evaluate performance of the Sportsbook operations.

  • Works with leadership for execution of special events.

              

What skills you will use:    

  • 5+ years in a managerial role or higher.

  • Experience managing at least 20 direct reports.

  • Excellent working knowledge of both front and back of house operations as it relates to sportsbooks and/or casino environments.

  • Multi-disciplined experience in operator, regulator and/or vender sectors is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills that can be adapted to audiences from staff to board level.

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Ability to compile, compute, and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.

  • Work requires knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Windows

  • Proven ability to understand the customer and advocate for player interest.

  • Strong proficiency with data analytics and data manipulation tools (Snowflake preferred)

  • Experience in developing promotions and offers, preferably for sports betting consumers.

  • Data-driven and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry

  • College degree required or related field experience required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,600.00 - $122,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
