We’re searching for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our Engineering team in our Live Casino vertical. We’re passionate about using technology to create a distinctive edge on behalf of iGaming fans everywhere. Our Engineering teams build brilliant, far-reaching, and engaging products for our millions of customers.
In this role, you will guide your teams to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Principle Architects to build out the platform that powers our growing iGaming and Casino products. Sounds good to you? Join us!

What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineering Manager:​

• You will lead teams and Team Leaders who support core product areas and critical initiatives.

• Establish strong lines of communication with a large and committed set of stakeholders across our global team.

• Mentor and develop your team members through consistent career management conversations and regular feedback.

• Drive technical discovery through constant collaboration with your team of engineers.

• Guide the design of your teams’ software alongside your team members to enable the systems to continue to evolve with business goals.

• Drive high software quality by advocating for the correct level of investment in systems.

• Partner with technical leads to help drive implementation and innovation across core initiatives.

• Participate in the interview and selection process for future hires on the team.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 7 years of experience working in a full-stack environment at a large-scale, growth-oriented company.

• Experience managing Team Leaders.

• Solid expertise with at least one Object-oriented language like C# or Java.

• Good familiarity with client side technologies such as React or Angular.

• Experience deploying high throughput systems to Cloud environments is strongly preferred.

• Ability to manage teams of engineers working on multiple work streams and provide mentorship to other Engineering Managers within your organization.

• A collaborative spirit and experience working with stakeholders to contribute to product definition and vision.

• Experience working in an agile environment which includes planning, executing, collecting data and making revisions.

• You had led large projects across multiple engineering teams, including tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

• Experience working with remote teams in different time-zones
