**This individual will be working onsite Friday - Tuesday**
As a Senior Desktop Support Technician you will provide gold standard end user IT support and service delivery to the DraftKings community. Through knowledge of IT services and a drive to solve problems with technology, this individual will make a daily impact on the success of IT and the larger DraftKings community.

What you’ll do as a Senior Desktop Support Technician:

Provide high quality customer support with a customer first mentality

Manage and action support requests using ITIL/ITSM principles

Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for complex, priority, or access sensitive support and service escalations

Execute service delivery for a variety of IT service catalog items

Support and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices

Use advanced knowledge and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues with enterprise applications and processes.

Participate and/or lead assigned projects to ensure achievement of strategic goals.

Provide expertise on DK technologies as assigned to ensure the quality, reliability, and organization of related IT services

Work collaboratively with your IT peers and larger DK community to solve problems
What You'll Bring:
-
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience

5+ years experience working in an enterprise support environment

Advanced knowledge of common operating systems (Win, macOS, iOS, Android)

Advanced knowledge of common enterprise end-user technologies (e.g. O365, GSuite, Atlassian, Zoom, and Slack)

Knowledge of the ITIL/ITSM framework for Incident Management

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and drive to solve issues with technology

One or more certifications in the following areas is preferred: Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/HDI, Customer Service

Experience utilizing device management technologies is preferred (e.g. Intune and JAMF)

Knowledge of Powershell or other scripting languages is a plus
-
Experience supporting large A/V systems, such as conference rooms, is a plus

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $28.80 - $43.20, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
