Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer at Fairmarkit, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and design of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting workshops with cross-functional teams to gather insights and foster collaborative design thinking.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and the Lead Product Designer to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Conducting usability testing and leveraging analytics to derive insights and optimize design outcomes.
- Contributing to the development and evolution of our design system.
- Crafting high-quality UI designs that align with user needs and product goals.
- Providing design documentation and effectively handing off design work to developers.
- Participating in brainstorming and prioritization sessions to drive innovation and effective problem-solving.
- Crafting a range of UX artifacts, such as wireframes, Customer Journey Maps (CJM), prototypes, and interface animations. Put, undertake whatever actions you believe are necessary to develop an exceptional product, as these artifacts are only the tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a mid to senior-level role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Protopie, and Adobe Illustrator.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your past projects and ability to take designs from concept to implementation and evaluation.
- Ability to manage complex systems and domain-specific challenges while navigating technical restrictions.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and a proactive attitude towards design challenges while maintaining respectful and effective communication skills when interacting with team members and stakeholders.
