As the HR Business Partner at Fairmarkit, you will play a pivotal role by shaping and optimizing our workforce. Your contributions will be fundamental to our ongoing success. This will be a hybrid role in our Poland office.

In the realm of talent acquisition, you will collaborate closely with department heads to comprehensively understand our hiring needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in formulating and implementing innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent, especially in key technical roles. Leveraging your deep understanding of the talent market, you will position our company as an employer of choice within the competitive SaaS sector.

Beyond talent acquisition, you will be a passionate advocate for employee engagement, tirelessly working to cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment. This involves actively facilitating communication channels between staff and management, adeptly resolving conflicts, and championing employee concerns.

Your overarching responsibilities also encompass ensuring the compliance of HR policies with local regulations and alignment with our global standards. In addition, you will oversee vital functions such as travel coordination, health and safety compliance, benefits administration, and support for remote work, thereby playing a pivotal role in upholding our operational excellence.
