We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Strategy, Planning and Analytics team at Frubana. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, and developing strategies to help drive business growth and optimize our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support our business objectives. You will lead strategic initiatives from the ideation and discovery stage to rollout and handover, being a hands on leader throughout the whole process.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses using quantitative and qualitative data to identify key insights and trends in our business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to optimize business performance
- Support the development and implementation of key initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Apply effective change management principles considering the human element of change.
Lo que necesitas ...
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues
- Ability to develop creative solutions that result in measurable transformative outcomes that reach beyond incremental improvements
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to influence and execute effectively in a cross-functional environment;
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Conveying complex information and recommendations in a clear, logical, understandable manner to stakeholders at varying leadership levels
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with startup environment is a plus; Experience in the food industry or supply chain management is a plus.
