Technical Enablement Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Enablement Program Manager to own, drive and deliver key enablement programs for our Technical Field Ops (TFO) organization including Solutions Engineering (SE), Solutions Architects (SA), and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our TFO team.

In this role, you will join the WWFO Enablement and Productivity team partnering with field leadership and operations to equip TFO technical sellers with the resources and skills they need to be successful. This position requires strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and tactical execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and TFO leaders to define and implement a comprehensive technical enablement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives and drive adoption of resulting training programs.
  • Partner with product management, product marketing, TFO leadership, and other stakeholders to capture input and align training content with product updates, new releases, and market requirements.
  • Partner with technical and business subject matter experts to build training content and events to improve team proficiency and confidence in the business, technical selling, competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Plan and coordinate enablement events, such as workshops, sales kickoffs, and hackathons.
  • Keep abreast of trends in the training and development industry, new sales tools, techniques, and resources to help improve results.
  • Help maintain and use a library of resources in our learning management system and content management system.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, KPI’s and success metrics, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification and Desired Skills:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 5-7 years experience in a technical enablement or advisor role
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ideally experience collaborating with field leaders, sales managers and technical sellers
  • Strong organizational and program management skills; ability to run multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Must offer creativity for the deployment of training initiatives linked to business outcomes
  • Self-motivated teammate able to prioritize and run projects in a fast-paced, environment
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other enablement tools is a plus.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work optimally across departments.
  • Understanding of adult learning methodologies
