As a Homie, you are a bar raiser, this means you come with:
  • 4+ years of Sales Operations experience in a high-volume sales environment
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques, with a strong ability to collect, organize, and evaluate large sets of data efficiently - particularly with regard to sales funnel analytics
  • Proven experience in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis, and translating them into actionable business strategies.
  • Expertise in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to extract insights and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing sales tech stacks, including CRM systems (specifically Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales automation tools like Outreach or Salesloft
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their potential applications in sales operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Why We Need You:

As the Sales Operations Manager, You will work closely with our Product and Data teams to build “Product-Led Growth” as a core competency of Homebase. You will play a crucial role in measuring and analyzing sales performance, optimizing our sales processes, managing our sales tech stack, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our sales team.

We are a freemium SaaS company serving 130,000+ small businesses. Our sales environment is characterized by high-volume and high-efficiency. What You’ll Own:
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate reports and actionable insights. Key outputs include dashboards, sales forecasts, performance metrics to track sales progress, evaluation of sales strategies, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the sales process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce bottlenecks. This involves analyzing sales data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Sales Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of sales tools and technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales automation software, and data analytics platforms. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to maximize their productivity and effectiveness.
  • AI and Automation: Staying abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI tools and technologies, and identifying opportunities to implement them for sales process optimization and automation.

  • Colorado Only: Annual salary $95,000 - $125,000 dependent on experience
