We are in the process of transitioning to Salesforce CRM with the assistance of an outside developer and would like to have someone in place to help oversee successful adoption and drive CRM innovation going forward. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the optimization of Salesforce, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. As a Salesforce Administrator at Homebase, you will be the go-to expert for all things Salesforce, contributing to the successful launch of the platform and shaping its ongoing impact on our business.
As a Homie, you are a bar raiser, which means you come with
- 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
- Service mindset and a passion for helping small businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
As a Homie, you will make an impact by
- Implementation and Launch: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to align with Homebase's specific needs. Optimize processes and workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the team is proficient in using Salesforce. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and build a roadmap for the continued development and enhancement of Salesforce functionality.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce. Implement best practices for data quality, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales and service performance. Customize reports based on specific business needs.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations with other business systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and best practices. Implement new features and functionalities that align with Homebase's evolving business requirements.
