About the Role

We are looking for a driven, passionate, self-motivated Senior Javascript Developer who wants to work on a SaaS product in a fast-paced environment and make a daily impact on thousands of users world-wide. This role will allow you to implement new technologies, lead feature development, and work with our talented master-minds. We’re looking for people with a can-do approach who believe in the impossible and make it happen.

You will join a team of talented full stack developers that develop end to end features, taking matters into their own hands from the design and planning stages and all the way through implementation, delivery to production, and all the monitoring done afterwards.

You will be cooperating on a daily basis with stakeholders such as product, design, QA, and data groups. You will define the relevant KPIs for your work and strive to achieve them.

This is a remote position, you can work anywhere in Nepal.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of features. Work based on best practices and business priorities while collaborating with other teams to make a big impact on our product.

• Take an active part in planning and designing features. Working closely with the Product and UX teams in order to fulfill the product vision.

• Understand and measure the impact of your features using state of the art monitoring tools.

• Implement and test your code with unit and integration tests, and contribute to our automation infrastructure.

• Collaborate with the other development teams in Nepal, Tel Aviv and US

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new front end applications for various platforms.

• Develop new user-facing features.

• Convert VueJs components to ReactJs

• Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis

• Be in charge of tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Develop and maintain specifications and designs for complex applications.

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

• At least 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer preferably with technologies such as Node.JS, React, GraphQL, Micro-services, PostgresDB, Vue

• B.S. Computer Science or related field (Masters a plus)

• Develop complex systems and integrations

• Good knowledge of service oriented development and design patterns

• Good understanding of web application development and SaaS models

• Highly motivated problem solver, team player, and a passion for technologies

• Knowledge of HTML Canvas element

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Understanding of front-end JavaScript architecture and design patterns for high performance applications

• Experience with HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive design

• Ability to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions

• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply

• Utilize team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
