Ad Operations Technical Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Ad Operations Technical Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our brand advertising operations. As an integral part of the Brand Ads team, you will be responsible for ad trafficking, campaign analysis, and sales enablement. Working closely with our account management and sales teams, your focus will be on providing exceptional global support and customer service to ensure we continuously deliver value to our advertisers.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in an ad operations or ad trafficking role. This individual must be tech savvy and have the ability to communicate with cross functional teams on a global capacity. You must put a high value on customer service, possess an extreme attention to detail, and be able to quickly prioritize and manage multiple urgent issues at once.
What You’ll Do
Drive the launch and management of brand advertising campaigns, encompassing display and sponsored content, while ensuring their seamless execution and efficient oversight
Manage the trafficking of ad assets and execute precise campaign configurations to ensure seamless implementation
Proficiently utilize SQL queries to monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of active campaigns
Create informative customer facing reports that deliver data driven analysis and valuable insights regarding ad performance
Develop compelling marketing emails that are distributed to our extensive consumer and professional communities
Work hours that overlap with standard US business hours in the Pacific time zone
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
2 years experience of working in ad operations or technical operations role
Experience writing and running SQL queries
Strong understanding of underlying technology of ad servers and campaign management
History of creating visually appealing and informative presentations
Ability to work with people virtually and embody a team player attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple communication platforms
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ideally, You'll Also Have
Previous role at a digital ad agency or publisher
Experience with ad trafficking and/or Google Ad Manager
Intense curiosity for learning complex technical concepts
