Performance Marketing Specialist, West/Central US
About the role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Monte Carlo. This role will be reporting to the Demand Generation Lead, you will partner with other marketing functions to assist with all aspects of digital marketing, from campaign execution and channel optimization. You will be both a builder and owner of optimization strategies, coming up with creative solutions to meet our business goals and objectives.
You will use your creative and problem-solving skills to help the digital marketing team exceed our goals.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Assist in the development and implementation of overall digital execution across multiple platforms ranging from our website, paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook), email, webinars, etc.
Campaign maintenance and optimization including landing page creation (Wordpress), ad copywriting, keyword research, and market trends
Assist in executing email marketing and lead nurture campaigns
Report and measure performance of digital initiatives to provide ongoing optimizations
Collaborate with product marketing, content, and events to help with digital efforts such as email marketing, lead nurturing, promotions
Proactively tackle new projects with the ability of thinking outside-the-box.
We’re excited about you because you have:
2-3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, either in-house or in an agency
2 + years of experience with tools/platforms such as Google AdWords, Linkedin Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, Facebook Ads, SEM Rush, YouTube Ads
BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
