Facilities and Human Resources Coordinator

The Facilities and HR Coordinator will be based at our Chengdu headquarters. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Serve as the central point of contact for events in the Chengdu office.
- Ensure the office is clean, comfortable, and safe.
- Function as a liaison between Seismic, building property manager, and other vendors.
- Track expenses for office amenities, supplies, and events.
- Assist visitors and guests to the office.
- Stock kitchens and supply area.
- Plan activities for the employees such as company meetings and team-building events.
- Sort and distribute mail; assist with package receiving.
- Place orders for snacks and supplies.
- Other duties as necessary to insure smooth workplace operation.
- Assist the Human Resource team as needed.
- Manage communication to the Chengdu employees about events, policies, etc.
What you will bring to the team:
- Strong customer service focus.
- Some English language skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments.
