Software Support Engineer
Ilir Sela started Slice with the belief that local pizzerias deserve all of the advantages of major franchises without compromising their independence. Starting with his family’s pizzerias, we now empower over tens of thousands of restaurants with the technology, services, and collective power that owners need to better serve their digitally minded customers and build lasting businesses. You will manage relationships with third party services for phone, fax, and email, and advocate for important features and bug fixes. You will play a crucial role in incident management by identifying, troubleshooting and escalating to the appropriate team.
You will be embedded in a specific product and engineering team where you will update on issues found on that specific product and test new features/fixes on said product on our QA tasks.
