A Slice Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing and improving a portfolio of Slice restaurant partners. The focus of this role is to build and expand long-term relationships with our pizzeria partners by optimizing their online presence and providing them with phenomenal service.

What you’ll do:
- Build and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of Slice restaurant partners. Each AM is expected to own around 200 accounts (pizzerias) in 1 portfolio.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of Slice’s business model and future growth plans
- Educate our partners about Slice products, features and company vision.
- Continuously grow orders for your book of business by identifying areas of improvement
- Address and resolve any issues that might come up with your assigned restaurants
- Complete and update tickets assigned to you or your team.
- Develop trust and loyalty with our restaurant owners
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails from restaurant partners, on average around 30 calls per day
- Provide outstanding customer service and support while demonstrating the value of Slice to our partners
Who you are:
- Excellent verbal and written English (minimum C1 level)
- Previous working experience in a customer-facing roles would be considered a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever changing startup environment
- Excellent knowledge of our company, our vision, and product
- Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems
