Senior Product Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and driving the evolution of our design systems. Your expertise in user testing, user interviews, and design processes will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered design solutions.
- Lead and conduct user testing sessions to gather valuable insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Conduct engaging user interviews to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and translate those insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize design requirements.
- Create and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products while having a blast doing it.
- Develop visually stunning wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that captivate users and effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design, and apply them to enhance our design processes and deliverables.
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user testing expertise, and design system contributions.
- Proficiency in conducting user testing sessions, interviews, and synthesizing user insights into design improvements.
- Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and information architecture.
- Proficient in the design tool Figma.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
