Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to deliver innovative insurance products and services that delight our B2B clients and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable products that meet the needs of both B2B partners and consumers.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives, market trends, and customer requirements. Continuously prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic importance and resource constraints.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption among B2B clients and end-users.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with B2B clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and optimizations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in the insurance domain, especially considering the specific requirements of the Indian market.
