About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Partner Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in driving strategic partner engagements and technical initiatives to support the growth of our company. Working closely with partner managers, engineering teams, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and delivery of partner solutions. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our strategic partners, users, and prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted technical advisor.

What You Will Do:

• Co-lead strategic partner engagements with partner managers, overseeing product and technical initiatives from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate closely with Vercel's engineering teams to develop cutting-edge partner solutions, driving Vercel's growth and market presence.

• Serve as a technical trusted advisor to our strategic partners, users, and prospects, offering expertise and guidance to support their goals.

• Lead technical discovery sessions and foster collaboration between Vercel and partner teams, ensuring alignment.

• Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with partner organizations, fostering mutual understanding and productive partnerships.

• Advocate for and facilitate partner adoption of Vercel's best-in-class frontend cloud products and frameworks.

• Work closely with partner engineering and business teams to ensure the successful implementation of custom web application solutions.

• Drive partner adoption of Vercel products and promote best web practices to enhance web application performance and end-user value.

• Align partner solutions and delivery with Vercel's mission of speed, performance, and expertise, ensuring partners mirror our core values.

About You:

• 7-10 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Technical Advisor, or similar role within the software industry.

• Strong technical background with expertise in web application development, cloud computing, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners.

• Experience in tech evangelism, from delivering talks, to producing technical enablement.

• Proven ability to co-lead and manage strategic engagements, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience in driving partner adoption and successful implementation of technical solutions.

• Passionate about Vercel's mission and able to effectively convey the value proposition to partners and customers.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $159,000.00 - $235,000.00. This salary range is an estimate, and actual salary may vary based on the company's compensation practices, location, and candidate experience. The total compensation package may also include benefits and equity-based compensation.
